1. Services Offered

Get Scouted offers three monthly subscription plans for professional online portfolios:

• Plan STANDARD - €29/month: Online portfolio, 5 photos, annual updates, industry visibility, event discounts.
• Plan PREMIUM - €69/month: Online portfolio, 8 photos, biannual updates, 5 custom casting opportunities/month, email support, event discounts.
• Plan GOLD - €129/month: Online portfolio, 10 photos, 1 video, quarterly updates, 10 custom casting opportunities/month, annual photoshoot, dedicated mentor, priority casting, email & phone support, free event access.

2. Subscription Terms

• Subscription requests must be made via email and confirmed through Stripe payment.
• Minimum subscription period: 1 month.
• Portfolios are activated within a few days, with a direct link and QR code provided.
• Subscriptions are non-binding and cancellable anytime.
• No refunds are provided after portfolio activation.

3. Client Obligations

• Clients must provide high-quality photos meeting Get Scouted's standards.
• All information must be truthful.
• Clients accept that portfolios can be found via name searches.

4. Get Scouted Commitments

• Provide professional access to validated portfolios.
• Ensure a high standard of service and security for the platform.
• Filter professional requests to ensure credibility before connecting them with clients.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed exclusively via Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the client.

6. Liability

• Get Scouted is not responsible for missed opportunities or professional refusals.
• Post-connection, all interactions are solely between the client and the professional.

7. Data Privacy

Client data is confidential and shared only with validated professionals as per the services offered. Clients have the right to access, correct, and delete their data upon request.

8. Modification of Terms

Get Scouted reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated before implementation.
